The agreement between you and AIbyPhone. Written to be read, not to be survived.

Who you are contracting with

AIbyPhone is run by an individual sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Contact: text SUPPORT to 07441 100800 or reply to any AIbyPhone email. A postal address is available on request.

What you get

A phone number you can call and text from any handset, AI replies with live web lookups, private transcription, and one continuing conversation record in your web hub. What is working today, what is still being tuned and what is planned is listed honestly on the features page.

What it costs

The AIbyPhone Membership is £9.99 per month, including VAT. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. We will tell you before the price changes, and you can cancel rather than accept a new price.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from /billing, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Your membership then runs to the end of the month you have paid for and stops. We do not refund part-months except where the law requires it.

Your fourteen-day right to change your mind

Because you are buying as a consumer at a distance, you have fourteen days from signing up to cancel for a full refund. Using the service in that window is fine: if you cancel after using it, we may keep a fair amount for what you used, and refund the rest. To use this right, text SUPPORT to 07441 100800 or reply to any AIbyPhone email and say you are cancelling within fourteen days. We will refund within fourteen days of being told.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment fails, your number keeps working while your card issuer is retried. If it still has not gone through after that grace period, the service pauses until a working card is added. Nothing is deleted when the service pauses.

Using it fairly

Do not use AIbyPhone to break the law, to harass anyone, to send bulk unsolicited messages, or to record people in situations where doing so would be unlawful. You are responsible for what you ask it to send on your behalf. We may suspend an account that is doing these things, and we will tell you why.

What we do not promise

AIbyPhone is in paid beta. It depends on phone networks, AI models and other suppliers, so it will occasionally be wrong, slow or unavailable. AI replies can be mistaken — do not rely on them for medical, legal or financial decisions. This is not an emergency service: it cannot call 999 for you, and you must never rely on it in an emergency.

Our liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, we are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have expected when you signed up, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem arose. Your legal rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Changes and disputes

If we change these terms we will tell you before the change takes effect, and you can cancel if you do not accept it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or of the UK nation you live in.
