What AIbyPhone does

Reach it from any phone
One number for everything Live
AIbyPhone has its own phone number — the same one for calls and texts. It is shown in your hub and on your account page, and the assistant will tell you it whenever you ask.
Call the AI Live
Ring AIbyPhone from any ordinary phone — mobile, basic handset or landline — and talk through multi-turn conversations. Say “end the call” to finish politely; press star when you finish speaking, hash to skip a reply, zero to hang up.
Text the AI Live
Send an SMS and get a concise reply back. Long answers are split sensibly; the useful part always arrives as a text.
The web hub Live
Every call, text and web message lands in one private hub — the complete record and control centre for your account. Type to the same AI straight from the page, and search your whole history (calls, texts and web chats, archived included) to jump back to any moment.
No app required Live
The intelligence lives on the line, not on the handset. A twenty-year-old phone gets the same brain as a new one.
One continuing record
One live conversation Live
Calls and texts from any of your phones continue the same conversation. Switch device mid-thought; the thread carries on.
Two phones, one account Live
A distraction-free phone and your main phone can share one account and one conversation record. Give each number its own name, like Main phone or Nokia, and choose a primary phone: replies normally go back to the phone you used, and the primary is used when no sending phone is available.
Chat controls Live
Rename, search, archive and restore your chats from the hub, and delete ones you no longer want (with a confirm step — nothing vanishes by accident). On a call, say “switch to the chat about …” and the conversation moves there. You can still start fresh chats or carry a summary forward, from the hub, by text or by voice.
Recap to your phone Live
Ask the hub to text you a recap, or say “now text that to me” on a call and the useful part arrives by SMS.
Live call view Live
While you're on a call, the hub shows the real state of the line — listening, thinking, speaking — and the transcript appears as you go.
Remember this Live
Say “remember that …” and the fact carries across every chat and channel — ask “what do you remember about the van?” from any phone. See, search, add, edit and delete everything held at /memories. Nothing is remembered unless you ask.
Notes that organise themselves Live
Say NOTE MODE on a call and just talk — every thought is kept word for word and sorted into notes, ideas, action points and decisions. Your saved notes live at /notes (linked from Memories) and stay searchable and editable.
Dark mode Live
Flip the whole hub to the original AIbyPhone night look — deep purple and radiant orange with gold keys — from the switch in the header. Your choice is remembered.
What it can do
Honest live answers Live
Current information is checked against live sources. If it can't be verified, AIbyPhone says so instead of guessing — it never invents train times or opening hours.
Send an email Live
Dictate an email by voice or text. AIbyPhone drafts it, reads it back, and only sends after you confirm.
Contacts Live
Save people by voice (“save Henry as 07700 900123”) or on the Contacts page in the hub — search, add, edit and delete, with a real dial pad for typing numbers. From any of your phones, “text me Henry's number” arrives as a plain dialable SMS. UK numbers can be typed naturally.
Compose a text for forwarding Live
Dictate a message — “text Henry saying I'll be there at six” — and the finished message lands on YOUR phone, ready to forward to Henry from your own number. AIbyPhone never messages your contacts directly.
Modes Live
Say NOTE MODE — or just “can we do notes for a bit?” — and AIbyPhone listens: thoughts are recorded with a quiet “Noted.”, no analysis, no searching, until you say NORMAL MODE (RECAP summarises your notes on demand). CONCISE MODE and DETAILED MODE change answer length, and natural phrasing works throughout.
Focused chats Live
Say “start a new chat about my holiday” and a fresh chat opens with that focus. Add how you want it to behave — “be straight with me”, “keep replies brief”, “let me think out loud” — and it holds for that chat only. See and edit both in the hub.
Silent mode Live
Say SILENT MODE and AIbyPhone records without talking back — just a quiet checkpoint tone now and then while you speak. Say STOP SILENT MODE to finish (or simply hang up) and the whole session lands in your hub as one transcript.
Private transcription Live
Talk instead of typing. Silent mode records you without interrupting and lands one clean transcript in your hub; Note mode captures thought after thought word for word; and every call keeps its transcript.
Transcribe recordings Live
Upload a voice note, meeting recording or video and get the text back. Video works too — only the sound is read, so there is nothing to convert first. Everything you transcribe is saved in your hub and read page by page, and the uploaded file is deleted once it is done.
Faster voice replies Beta
Every stage of a voice turn is now measured and being tuned. Expect spoken replies to keep getting quicker through the beta.
SMS reminders Live
“Remind me to take the bins out” — with or without a time. A reminder doesn't need a date to exist; add one later by voice (“set the bins reminder for Friday at 7”) or on the Reminders page, and the text arrives on the phone that asked. Ask “what reminders have I got?”, mark things done, and see everything honest and current in the hub.
Email a conversation Live
Say “email me this conversation” — or use the hub button — and a readable transcript with call markers lands in your account email inbox. Always your own email, always confirmed first.
Timers Live
Say "set a timer for 10 minutes" on a call or by text. AIbyPhone confirms straight away and texts your phone when the time is up. Ask how long is left, or cancel it, any time.
Yes or no answers Live
Ask for a straight answer — "tell me yes or no, is palm oil bad for you?" — and the reply starts with Yes or No, with at most a short qualification.
